Andrew Bird. He’s always in my rotation, ever since I first heard him back in 2004. His music doesn’t get old and his most recent two albums are my favorites, especially Break It Yourself.

His music is often playing in our living room or in my studio. Happy painting music for sure.
I somehow missed him when he came through Asheville last year. I saw that he is planning to play at the Newport Folk Festival so it seems like a pretty good excuse to attend, something I’ve been wanting to do for some time now.
